Station Art Work

Students from 2P5 have helped produce three panels for the waiting room at the newly opened Laurencekirk railway station.

Graphic designer Lyn Strachan, from the company Curious Cranberry, worked alongside the Mearns Academy students.

Art work was produced which was then incorporated into the three designs.  This gave students first hand experience of working with a designer and the project has resulted in design work which will be permanently displayed within the waiting area of the station.
