Purpose
The purpose of the course is to develop a detailed understanding of aspects of the contemporary world through the application of concepts and techniques of geographical analysis, using three case studies: British Isles; economically more- and less-developed countries; global issues.

Recommended Entry
While entry is at the discretion of the school, students would normally be expected to have attained Grade 3 or 4 at Standard Grade Geography or another social subject.
